Mobile Home Parks located in Montgomery County must register with Montgomery County Health Department (MCHD) annually to receive a Certificate of Registration to Operate a Mobile Home Park which should be posted in a conspicuous place. This certificate is not transferable. 

MCHD inspects, provides education and complaint response to all mobile home park communities within the County.
